How do I book?

Can you provide someone to monitor the equipment I have hired?
Some of our inflatables will come with staff to monitor activities, however often we leave the inflatables set up to use at your leisure. If you wish to hire our member of staff please do make this request when booking the product, we will do our best to provide staff for free but typically staff run at an additional cost of £25 per hour, per staff member required. Please note that some hire occasions require more than one staff member per inflatable (public events, etc). Just let us know in advance what your needs are. Our staff will be in charge of safety, motivating teams (in the event of team building days), organisation, management and anything associated with the event itself so you can put your feet up and relax.
How much notice should I give?
No notice is required however it is advisable to book as early as possible (especially during summer time). !
How much does it cost?
Our prices are flexible depending on the item. Please give us a call for a quotation – if you find someone cheaper we will match it.
Is there an age limit for using the bouncy castles?
Yes, most of our castles are only suitable for children aged 14 and under. However, we do have a range of adult bouncy castles that are suitable for all ages. But don’t forget that adult castles will incur a fully refundable damage deposit.
Does the equipment create much noise?
All inflatable equipment requires constant airflow from an inflation fan - this does create some noise however we do use the latest high-end fans on the market to keep noise to a minimum. You might want to check with your venue to make sure the noise isn’t going to be an issue. Bear in mind that using a generator will be noisier than electricity run inflatables.
What's included in the price?
The price includes everything you require for a inflatable hire; delivery and setup of your chosen inflatable, drop off and pick up at your desired time, Please note that the standard hire price does NOT include a member of staff to monitor equipment you have hired. This is available but at an additional charge of £25 per hour, per staff member required. Depending on your location delivery charges may also be applied.
How much public liability cover do you have?
We have £5 million coverage and are licensed to trade at both private and public events (including licensed premises).
When are your inflatables available?
You can have a inflatable from us at any time, seven days a week. Just contact us to find out about availability or check online.
Can I keep the inflatable over night?
Yes, however this will be charged as a two-day hire. A 25% discount will be given on the second day.
If I hire an inflatable for just one day when is the latest you can pick it up?
Generally, you can keep it until sunset (approx. 9pm in summer months) however under certain circumstances we may have to charge extra for a late pick-up.
How do I pay?
All payments are taken via debit or credit card on 020 3589 6019 or by bank transfer. Typically we take the full amount in advance however for larger events we can take a deposit (non refundable) and balance 7 days prior and in some exceptions on the day
What if it rains?
We may be able to set up some inflatables in rain so we do advise you check before purchase.
What surface can the inflatables be set up on?
Most inflatables need to be stabilised into the ground. The ground must be soft (not tarmac or AstroTurf) and we are able to set the item up by fixing it to the ground. If your event is indoors this is perfect as we are away from the elements so sandbags can weigh the items down
What age groups can use the Inflatables?
Again due to the large number of inflatables we stock we do advise you check this before purchase as every item is different.
